हमारी NBFC, Zero Mile Associates, के लिए एक कुशल और ज़िम्मेदार कलेक्शन एग्जीक्यूटिव की आवश्यकता है। इस भूमिका में ग्राहक ऋण की समय पर वसूली, फील्ड विज़िट्स, डिफॉल्टर खातों की निगरानी और कस्टमर से भुगतान पर चर्चा करना शामिल है। उम्मीदवार को माइक्रोफाइनेंस या एनबीएफसी क्षेत्र का अनुभव होना वांछनीय है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• ग्राहकों से ऋण की बकाया राशि की वसूली करना (फील्ड और कॉल दोनों माध्यमों से)

• EMI भुगतान में देरी करने वाले ग्राहकों से संपर्क स्थापित करना

• भुगतान योजनाओं पर ग्राहकों से संवाद करके समाधान निकालना

• दैनिक कलेक्शन रिपोर्ट बनाना और वरिष्ठों को प्रस्तुत करना

• कंपनी की नीतियों और RBI के दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार कार्य करना

आवश्यक योग्यताएं:

• न्यूनतम 12वीं पास / ग्रेजुएट (वांछनीय)

• अच्छी संवाद क्षमता और ग्राहक प्रबंधन कौशल

• मोटरसाइकिल और ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (फील्ड कार्य हेतु अनिवार्य)

• माइक्रोफाइनेंस या NBFC कलेक्शन में अनुभव हो तो प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी
