Collection Executive

As a Collection Executive, you will be responsible for following up with customers on overdue payments, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to all compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, email, or field visits to follow up on outstanding payments.

• Explain repayment schedules, EMI structures, and consequences of non-payment in a professional manner.

• Negotiate repayment terms and settlements while maintaining company policies.

• Update collection records and customer interactions in the system.

• Coordinate with the accounts and recovery teams for escalated cases.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly recovery targets.

• Maintain compliance with RBI and company guidelines during recovery processes.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term repayment discipline.
