• Generate and convert leads for personal/business/home loans.

• Explain loan products and assist customers through the application process.

• Collect and verify documents; coordinate with credit and operations teams.

• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

• Maintain customer and partner relationships.

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Marketing preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in loan sales or BFSI.

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.

• Target-driven and customer-focused.

Compensation:
Fixed salary + incentives as per performance.
