Key Responsibilities

Field Visits: Travel daily to customer homes or workplaces to collect missed payments.
Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly targets for recovering outstanding EMI balances.
Customer Negotiation: Convince clients to clear dues and create realistic payment schedules.
Cash Depositing: Safely deposit all collected cash at the branch per company rules.
System Updates: Report your visit status and collections to managers every day.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Graduate in any field.
Experience: Freshers are welcome, but 0 to 2 years in field sales or finance collections is preferred.
Assets: Must own a working two-wheeler and hold a valid Driving License.
Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and local geographical knowledge of Jaipur routes.
Age Limit: Typically between 21 to 30 years old.
