Receive and unload ice cream stock from delivery vehicles.
Store ice cream products properly inside the cold storage/freezer.
Pick and arrange products according to orders and stock requirements.
Load products safely into delivery vehicles.
Maintain proper stock arrangement and ensure older stock is dispatched first (FIFO – First In, First Out).
Check product quantities during inward and outward movement.
Assist with stock counting and inventory checks.
Keep the cold storage area clean, hygienic, and properly organized.
Follow all safety and hygiene procedures while working in the freezer/cold-storage environment.
Report damaged, melted, or incorrectly stored products to the supervisor.
Assist the supervisor with daily cold-storage operations.
Follow company rules regarding attendance, punctuality, safety, and product handling.
