Key Responsibilities
1. Clinic Operations & Administration
Oversee the overall daily operations of the aesthetic clinic, ensuring seamless opening, closing, and workflow management.
Maintain high standards of clinic hygiene, safety protocols, patient comfort, and regulatory compliance.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock for clinical consumables, skincare products, and retail items, and prevent stockouts.
Maintain accurate daily registers, patient records, software databases, and MIS reporting for management.
2. Sales, Revenue Generation & Footfall Growth
Drive monthly and quarterly clinic revenue targets through effective treatment package conversions, membership sales, and cross-selling/upselling.
Support marketing initiatives and coordinate lead follow-ups to increase customer footfall and maximize conversion rates.
Conduct high-value consultations, explain aesthetic procedures (lasers, anti-aging, acne treatments, hair restoration, etc.) professionally, and close packages.
3. Team Management & Coordination
Supervise, schedule, and coordinate front-office executives, customer relationship managers, aestheticians, therapists, and support staff.
Act as a bridge between the visiting consultants/dermatologists and the administrative team to ensure smooth patient flow and scheduling.
Evaluate staff performance, identify training requirements, and cultivate a service-oriented, collaborative work environment.
