Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling interviews, conference calls, and presentations.
Collaborate with recruiters to about requirements that align with client specifications.
Facilitate the submission of candidate profiles to clients and gather feedback for further evaluation.
Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment progress using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide timely updates to clients on the status of their open positions and recruitment efforts.
Assist with the preparation of recruitment reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
