As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and executing strategies to acquire and retain customers. This role requires a proactive professional who understands the startup/MSME landscape and can contribute to Rigzen’s mission of enabling business success.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and industry research.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with startups, SMEs, and corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to recommend effective business strategies.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (legal, compliance, marketing, finance) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance reports for management review.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply.
Strong understanding of business consulting, compliance, and funding ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
