We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Client Relationship Manager who can drive revenue, manage customer relationships, and convert qualified opportunities into long-term business.
This position offers a structured fast-track career path. Selected candidates undergo product training and move into the CRM role after achieving defined sales benchmarks.
Lead and execute sales strategies for IT services and SaaS offerings
Generate, nurture, and close qualified leads
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Maintain and manage an active sales pipeline
Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client success
Fixed Salary: ₹45,000 per month (₹5.4 LPA)
Incentives: Over & above fixed pay
Statutory deductions as per government norms
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Confidence in client handling and closing deals
Ability to work with targets and deadlines
Basic understanding of IT / software / digital services preferred
Self-driven, disciplined, and growth focused
Preferred M.B.A. or Any other graduates
Previous Sales/Client Manager experience preferred.
