B.Com / BMS / BAF or equivalent graduate

What Your Day Will Look Like 📋

⚙️  Operations Hat — The Engine Behind the Scenes

✦   Process Mutual Fund applications — online (BSE/NSE/MFU platforms) & offline

✦   Handle KYC onboarding, updation & compliance checks for clients

✦   Manage fund house queries, follow-ups & issue escalations

✦   Maintain client documentation, MIS records & internal trackers

✦   Assist with PMS / AIF documentation, reporting & data management

🤝  Client Relations Hat — The Face Clients Trust

✦   Be the first point of contact for client queries — calm, informed & reassuring

✦   Support Mediclaim & Life Insurance claims — hold the client's hand through the process

✦   Proactively update clients on application status, fund transfers & policy renewals

✦   Coordinate smoothly between Relationship Managers, clients & fund houses

✦   Build long-term rapport — clients should feel looked after, not just processed
