Role Overview
We are looking for a confident, result-driven professional to manage Indian and international client relationships while driving business growth for a fast-scaling startup. This role offers high ownership, rapid learning, and co-founder–like exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with Indian & overseas clients
Make outbound calls to pitch, demo, and explain company products
Conduct online demos/training via Google Meet, Zoom, etc.
Upsell services and generate repeat business from existing clients
Handle regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction
Lead, guide, and support the sales/operations team to meet targets
Attend physical client meetings and field work when required
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English; confident with global clients
Strong pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with online tools, demos, and basic tech concepts
Prior experience in client handling, sales, or account management
Team leadership and people-management ability
