K9HR SOLUTIONS is Looking for Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Kannada & Malayalam

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) fluent in Kannada and Malayalam to manage customer interactions and ensure excellent service. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, maintain CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, queries, and complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Dispatch, and Operations teams.
Follow up with customers and ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
Prepare basic reports and update customer records.

Required Skills

Fluency in Kannada & Malayalam (Mandatory)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Excel)
Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
Ability to multitask and work in a team
