We are seeking a results-driven CRM professional to manage and enhance our customer relationship management system. You will be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to increase customer retention, drive engagement, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CRM campaigns to drive customer loyalty and retention.

• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM initiatives.

• Manage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ensure data accuracy.

• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• 2+ years of CRM experience.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
