Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Health Insurance Advisor to join our team at Policy Dream. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of health insurance products. You will be responsible for advising clients on suitable health insurance plans based on their individual needs, ensuring a seamless and transparent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and explain the features, benefits, and terms of various health insurance plans to prospective customers.

• Provide personalized insurance advice based on clients' health, budget, and family requirements.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to educate clients and resolve queries.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all health insurance products, policies, IRDAI regulations, and market trends.

• Assist customers in the end-to-end sales process, including proposal filling, documentation, and policy issuance.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive renewals and referrals.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth post-sale service and support.

• Meet assigned sales targets and performance metric

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
