• Salary range - 4.8 lpa - 7.20 lpa (40k-60k per month) + incentives

The CRM will own the sales pipeline and key client relationships from lead qualification through closure and onboarding. The role will cover LawTribe, E-Notary and any other products or services introduced by the firm, with a clear focus on conversion, revenue growth, faster turnaround and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline including lead qualification, prioritisation, follow-ups, opportunity progression and closure.

• Drive conversion of leads into paying customers and deliver agreed sales / revenue targets.

• Develop a strong working knowledge of LawTribe, E-Notary and other products or services offered by the firm.

• Understand client requirements, conduct product pitches / demonstrations, address objections and recommend suitable solutions.

• Build and maintain relationships with advocates, law firms and other prospective or existing clients.

• Support and guide CREs on product pitches, lead quality, follow-ups, objection handling and closing opportunities.

• Ensure timely turnaround for client queries, demonstrations, proposals, onboarding and internal coordination.

• Track pipeline value, ageing, next actions, conversion ratios and closures and provide regular management updates.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell other products and services from the firm's portfolio.

• Bring structured client feedback, market intelligence and competitor inputs to the product and management teams.

• Support client retention, repeat business and referral generation.

Candidate Profile

• 4-5+ years of relevant experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, business development or solution sales.

• Should possess a hardcore sales mindset with a strong focus on revenue generation and client acquisition.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline and close business.

• Passion for sales and a strong commercial and target-oriented mindset.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, relationship management and closure skills.

• Ability to understand products quickly and translate product features into client value.

• Experience in legal tech, legal services, SaaS, fintech or professional services will be preferred but is not mandatory.

• Ability to coach junior sales team members and personally handle important or complex opportunities.
