• Client dealing and regular follow-ups
• Calling clients and resolving their queries
• Coordinating between the team and the clients
• Providing timely updates to clients
• Taking ownership and leading all tasks delegated to the team
• Maintaining records of client communication and task status
• Ensuring deadlines are met by actively tracking the progress of ongoing assignments
