Job Purpose
To recruit, develop, and manage a team of insurance advisors and drive business growth through the agency channel by achieving sales targets and ensuring quality business.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and activate life insurance advisors/agents
Drive sales targets through the agency channel
Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and key performers
Conduct regular training, joint field work, and sales coaching
Monitor advisor productivity and ensure activation & retention
Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations
Track daily/weekly performance and MIS reporting
Support advisors in closing high-value cases
Ensure persistency and quality of business
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience in any industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Local market knowledge preferred
