Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing life insurance customers.
Act as the primary point of contact for policyholders for all service-related needs.
Handle customer queries regarding premiums, policy features, loans, and updates.
Assist customers with policy changes, beneficiary updates, and documentation.
Guide clients and beneficiaries through the life insurance claims process.
Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and claims teams to ensure smooth service.
Conduct regular follow-ups, service calls, and customer check-ins.
Drive policy renewals and reduce lapses through proactive engagement.
Manage retention activities and handle lapse revival conversations.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities (riders, top-ups, new plans).
