We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through outbound and inbound calls.

• Understand candidates' career goals, educational background, and requirements.

• Counsel students and recommend suitable university programs and courses.

• Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, admission process, and career benefits.

• Follow up with prospective candidates through calls and other communication channels.

• Convert qualified leads into successful admissions/enrollments.

• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up details in the CRM.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

• Build strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a smooth admission journey.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, payments, and enrollment completion.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion opportunities.

• Prepare and share daily activity and performance reports.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and counseling abilities.

• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

• Good follow-up and relationship-management skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.

• Candidates with experience in EdTech, Inside Sales, Education Counselling, BDE, or Tele-sales will be preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
