Business Development Executive

Bilivin Education is looking for passionate, energetic, and career-oriented individuals for the role of Career & Program Advisor.

This role combines career counseling, consultative sales, and relationship management to help learners choose the right academic programs aligned with their career goals.

As a Career & Program Advisor, you will guide prospective students through their higher education journey while driving enrollments through structured counseling, relationship building, and strategic follow-ups.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, understanding career aspirations, and helping learners make impactful decisions for their future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students and working professionals.

• Understand learner profiles, career goals, and educational requirements.

• Recommend suitable university programs based on career aspirations.

• Manage the complete learner journey from inquiry to enrollment.

• Build strong relationships through trust-based and consultative communication.

• Perform consistent follow-ups to improve conversions and enrollment rates.

• Maintain accurate lead data, student interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.

• Achieve individual counseling and enrollment targets in a structured manner.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve student experience and conversion processes.

• Stay updated on higher education trends, university offerings, and career opportunities.

ELIGIBILITY & EXPERIENCE

• 0–3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, EdTech, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong learning ability are welcome to apply.

• EdTech or education counseling experience will be an added advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
