Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Associate (BDA) to join Orchids The International School in Mumbai (Bhiwandi). The role involves handling prospective parents, providing admission counselling, following up on leads, and converting qualified leads into successful student admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle leads generated through marketing campaigns and the PRO team.
Connect with prospective parents and understand their requirements.
Explain the school's curriculum, facilities, fee structure and key offerings.
Counsel parents, address their queries and guide them through the admission process.
Schedule and coordinate campus visits for interested parents.
Follow up with prospective parents and convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain strong relationships with parents and provide a smooth admission experience.
Update calls, follow-ups and admission status accurately in the CRM/portal.
Coordinate with the PRO and marketing teams.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
Strong convincing, negotiation and counselling skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
Location: Mumbai (Bhiwandi)
Salary: ₹25,000/month + performance-based incentives
Working Days: 6 days a week (weekday off)
