Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller
Location: Ahmedabad (Work from Office)
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer queries, and providing accurate information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound queries and provide timely resolutions
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients
Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English and Gujarati (Hindi is an added advantage)
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or telesales preferred
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism
