Job Description

PickupXpert is an upcoming local goods transportation platform in Raipur. We are looking for a proactive, tech-friendly Office Manager to coordinate daily operations, support the sales team, manage customer enquiries and assist with digital marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable using technology, communicating with customers and drivers, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Coordination: Support the sales team in merchant acquisition, driver onboarding and follow-ups.

• Booking Management: Coordinate bookings between merchants and drivers, assign suitable vehicles and monitor booking status.

• Customer Support: Handle customer and driver enquiries, resolve basic issues and maintain good relationships.

• Digital Marketing: Assist with Instagram and Facebook posts, WhatsApp promotions, lead generation and online campaign coordination.

• Lead Management: Maintain customer, merchant and driver databases using Excel/Google Sheets and follow up on leads.

• Technology & Reporting: Use mobile apps, web platforms, spreadsheets and other digital tools to manage daily work and prepare reports.

• Office Management: Maintain booking records, daily activity reports and coordination with the field sales team.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.

• Comfortable with smartphones, computers, internet tools and digital platforms.

• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business and digital marketing.

• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

• Good coordination, problem-solving and follow-up skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in office management, sales coordination, customer support, logistics or operations.

• Experience with logistics or aggregator companies such as Porter, Rapido, Uber, Ola, Swiggy or Zomato will be an advantage.

• Candidates with practical digital marketing or social media management experience will be preferred.

• Startup experience is a plus.
