Sales Relationship Manager

Position: Preferred Relationship Manager

We are looking for an experienced Preferred Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and provide them with customized financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire, manage and advise HNI clients across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Equity Broking, Alternate Assets and other investment products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Understand clients’ financial goals, risk profiles and investment requirements.

• Provide customized investment and asset allocation solutions based on client needs.

• Generate new business through client acquisition and referrals.

• Achieve assigned revenue and business targets.

• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide appropriate investment recommendations.

• Maintain a strong focus on client servicing and long-term relationship management.
  
  Candidate Requirements:

• 3–12 years of experience in Wealth Management / Relationship Management / Financial Services.

• Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients is preferred.

• Strong understanding of investment products such as Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Equity, Alternate Assets and NCDs.

• Excellent communication, relationship management and client-handling skills.

• Strong sales and business development orientation.

• MBA / CA / CFA / NISM certification will be an added advantage.
  

Compensation: Up to ₹15 LPA, depending on experience and suitability.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
