We are looking for a Business Growth Executive to join our team at Next Art Creations Pvt Ltd. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads via social media, online platforms, events, and referrals
Counsel students on suitable courses based on their goals and background
Pitch and present course offerings effectively
Build and maintain strong relationships with leads
Convert leads into enrolled students and meet sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation strategies
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
Maintain records and report on performance and conversions
Job Requirements:
