Probation & Payroll Details
The first 10 days will be a training period (unpaid).
Salary will be applicable from the 11th day onwards.
First-month salary will be credited after successful completion of a 40-day probation period.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.
Explain courses, programs, and services to potential students.
Generate quality leads and convert them into enrollments.
Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Terms & Conditions
Working hours are fixed and cannot be changed.
Regular attendance is mandatory.
Meeting assigned targets is compulsory.
Company-provided training will be given.
For the first three months, employees must use their personal SIM card for official calling. Reimbursement will be provided after completion of three months.
Work from Home or Hybrid options are not available.
No cab, travel, or accommodation facilities will be provided.
