Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 SEO & Digital Marketing

●     Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website traffic and search rankings.

●     Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.

●     Keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization.

✍️ Content Writing

●     Write high-quality, engaging content for blogs, websites, landing pages, and social media.

●     Coordinate with design and marketing teams for consistent brand messaging.

●     Edit and proofread content to maintain clarity, grammar, and tone.

💻 Website & UI/UX Support

●     Collaborate with web developers/designers to maintain and update the website.

●     Ensure responsive, user-friendly layouts with basic UI/UX understanding

●     Suggest and implement website improvements to enhance user experience.

📈 Business Development

●     Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads.

●     Support in client communication, proposal creation, and pitch presentations.

●     Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential partners/clients.

🛠 Operations Coordination

●     Assist in day-to-day operations across departments to ensure smooth workflo

●     Monitor task progress, follow up with teams, and support internal reporting.

●     Coordinate with vendors, agencies, or freelancers as needed.

Requirements:

●     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

●     2–4 years of experience in a multi-functional digital or business support role.

●     Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)

●     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

●     Basic web design skills (HTML/CSS/WordPress or similar).

●     Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

●     Canva, Figma, or basic design tools
