Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Apollo, LinkedIn, Clutch

• Handle complete pre-sales cycle: requirement gathering, RFP/RFI response, solutioning, and proposals

• Communicate with international clients for project scoping and requirement analysis

• Prepare BRD, SOW, wireframes, and coordinate with tech teams for estimation

• Convert leads into project wins and support onboarding process

• Upwork / Freelancer / Apollo / LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Proposal Writing, Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, IT Sales

• BRD, FRD, SOW, Wireframing, Client Communication

• CRM Tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), Bidding Platforms

• Excellent written & verbal English communication

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT services pre-sales or business analysis

• Proven track record in bringing outsourced projects

• Strong understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, SaaS, Cloud)

• Bachelor's degree in IT / Business / related field

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 4 - 6+ years Experience.
