About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell electric scooter chargers to dealers, distributors, retailers, EV businesses and other customers.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
Explain product features, pricing and benefits of EV scooter chargers.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
Maintain daily calling, lead and sales reports.
Coordinate with the sales and dispatch team for order processing.
Identify new dealers, retailers and business customers.
Handle basic customer queries and provide after-sales coordination.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
Comfortable making 60–100+ calls per day.
Sales/telesales experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month
Additional: Performance-based sales incentives
