Job Description

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Understand client requirements and present appropriate business solutions
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure
Ensure regular and effective follow-ups to convert leads into customers
Maintain and update lead data, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution after deal closure
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Prepare basic sales reports and track pipeline performance
Represent the company professionally in all client communications
