Job Title: Business Development Manager – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Location: Onsite- Noida

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new client acquisition and expand our healthcare portfolio. The BDM will be responsible for end-to-end lead generation through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and relationship building with healthcare decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads from physicians, solo practitioners, clinics, and multi-specialty hospitals.

  • Conduct cold calls, targeted emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups.

  • Present VCBS RCM solutions, highlighting how our model reduces administrative burden and improves collections.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for client onboarding and support.

  • Track and report sales activity and results using CRM.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales (healthcare/RCM preferred).

  • Strong understanding of physician practice dynamics and RCM pain points.

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to independently generate leads via cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and online prospecting platforms.

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
