Franchise Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our franchise sales efforts in the oil and gas sector. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our franchise network within the industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the oil and gas market dynamics, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Preferred Industry Candidates: Oil and Gas/Insurance Sector/B2B/CBG/CNG Outlet./Franchise Sale

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets in franchise sales.

· Developing franchisee partners and expand the business.

· Present business plans to the potential client, and negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchisee agreement for the exclusive CBG/CNG outlet.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including potential franchisees, industry influencers, and strategic partners.

· Work closely with the Management on the strategic initiatives for achieving the organization goals.

· Finalize the Project for each Franchise and guiding/explaining ROI to them, helping out to the franchise-owner to set up the Unit.

· Serve as a solid liaison between franchise partner and the company headquarters.

Skills:

· B.Tech / M.Tech, MBA or a related field.

· Minimum of 4-7 years of proven experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related role within the CBG/Oil and Gas/Insurance industry.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey value propositions and build strong relationships
