Location: Bandra West, Carter Road

Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support our business growth by promoting our training and HR consultancy services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and assisting in marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking,

LinkedIn, and social media

• Convert leads into clients by understanding requirements and presenting suitable

solutions

• Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings to present services and proposals

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow up for closures

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• 0–3 years of experience in sales and marketing (service industry preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
