About the Company

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and identify potential leads.

• Identify, approach and develop relationships with prospective clients.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, negotiations and closures.

• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.

• Prepare and present property/project details to prospective clients.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.

• Ensure a smooth and professional client experience throughout the sales process.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups and conversions.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales; real estate experience will be preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Good understanding of sales processes and lead conversion.

• Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated approach.

• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

• Strong follow-up and closing skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the sales team.
