Job Summary

Sundaram Finance is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive Working Capital Finance business. The ideal candidate should have experience in SME/MSME lending, working capital products, client acquisition, relationship management, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new SME/MSME customers for Working Capital Finance products.

  • Identify and develop business opportunities through direct sourcing, referrals, and market networking.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, manufacturers, dealers, and industry associations.

  • Understand customer business models and assess funding requirements.

  • Analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts, Cash Flow Statements, and financial ratios.

  • Conduct customer visits and collect relevant business information for credit evaluation.

  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursement of loans.

  • Monitor customer portfolios and ensure high-quality asset performance.

  • Achieve monthly and annual business targets as assigned by the organization.

  • Maintain excellent customer service and relationship management throughout the lending lifecycle.
