Job Summary ,
We are looking for sharp, driven and communication-first individuals to join our frontline sales team. You will be responsible for converting leads into site visits and site visits into bookings for our plotted development projects across East Bangalore. This is a target-driven, on-ground role - and we want people who love selling and are not afraid to pick up the phone.

Real estate experience is an advantage but not a requirement. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a hunger to earn, we will teach you everything else.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound leads and make outbound calls to qualify and convert potential buyers.

• Conduct online presentations and in-person site visits for prospective customers.

• Understand the customer's investment intent, budget and profile before pitching.

• Explain project details including location, legal approvals, payment plan and amenities with confidence.

• Convert enquiries into bookings and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle and post-booking.

• Coordinate with the pre-sales, CRM and marketing teams for a smooth customer experience.

• Engage with channel partners and brokers to drive walk-ins and referrals.

• Maintain accurate records of all calls, visits and follow-ups in the CRM.

• Track competitor projects, pricing and customer feedback and share weekly inputs with the team.

• Ensure all bookings follow RERA guidelines and company compliance standards.
