KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▸ Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for gifting solutions across sectors such as BFSI, IT, Retail, and Manufacturing
▸ Develop and execute outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals
▸ Conduct and manage end-to-end client meetings — from discovery calls to pitch presentations and deal closures
▸ Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to propose customised gifting packages
▸ Build and maintain a strong pipeline; track and report activity.
▸ Meet and exceed monthly acquisition and revenue targets
▸ Represent Zenith Creations professionally at client sites, events, or virtual meetings as required
▸ Nurture long-term relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business and referrals
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
▸ 1–4 years of B2B sales / business development experience (corporate gifting, FMCG, events, or solutions selling preferred)
▸ Proven track record of independently hunting and closing new business
▸ Confident communicator — articulate, persuasive, and professional in both written and verbal communication
▸ Go-getter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
▸ Smart, solution-oriented thinker who can read client needs quickly and respond effectively
▸ Comfortable working remotely with self-discipline and time management
▸ Presentable and client-ready for in-person meetings whenever required — no exceptions
▸ Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
▸ Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales / Marketing is an advantage
