Position: Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.
Manage and handle the complete sales funnel from lead generation to conversion.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Negotiate and close contracts with customers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare sales reports and business development updates.
Travel extensively across Mumbai, Palghar, thane, Raigad for client meetings and business
development activities.
Qualification
Graduate / Diploma / MBA in Marketing (preferred) or a related field.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and business analysis.
Experience
2 to 7 years of experience in:
o Paint Contracting Industry
o Civil Contracting Industry
o Business Development / Sales Activities
Skills Required
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of sales processes and contract closing.
Ability to travel extensively across Mumbai.
Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
Problem-solving and team management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Reporting To: Sales & Marketing Head / Business Head.
