Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Corporate Interior & Fit-Out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives in corporate interior projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate interiors sector (commercial offices, retail, hospitality, etc.).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, PMCs, and contractors.

  • Understand client requirements, prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.

  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure smooth delivery of awarded projects.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

  • Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings to promote services.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 3–7 years of proven experience in corporate interior business development or related field.

  • Strong network and connections within the interior fit-out industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
