Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Corporate Interior & Fit-Out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives in corporate interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate interiors sector (commercial offices, retail, hospitality, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, PMCs, and contractors.
Understand client requirements, prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure smooth delivery of awarded projects.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and corporate meetings to promote services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–7 years of proven experience in corporate interior business development or related field.
Strong network and connections within the interior fit-out industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
