Product: Petrol Pumps/ Fuel Stations.
Job Objective:
To lead and drive franchise sales operations for the NGE Petroleum across assigned territories by identifying, onboarding, and supporting potential franchise partners. The role demands strategic planning, sales execution, lead conversion, and maintaining alignment with organizational growth objectives and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Development:
Identify and approach prospective franchise partners in targeted locations.
Conduct territory-wise market research and feasibility studies.
Generate and nurture leads through digital campaigns, industry networks, events, and referrals.
Sales & Conversion:
Present and explain the franchise model, investment structure, and return metrics to prospects.
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to agreement closure.
Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets.
Coordination & Documentation:
Liaise with internal legal and operations teams for agreement execution.
Ensure franchise documentation, legal compliance, and onboarding protocols are completed efficiently.
Franchisee Relationship Management:
Maintain proactive communication with onboarded franchisees.
Address queries, operational concerns, and support them during the setup and launch phase.
Reporting & MIS:
Maintain CRM and lead pipeline records.
Prepare and submit performance reports and sales forecasts to senior management on a regular basis.
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
Experience: 4–8 years of experience in franchise sales, preferably in Oil & Gas
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and client relationship management abilities.
Self-driven, highly motivated, and target-oriented.
Familiarity with franchise regulations and business compliance procedures.

Travel Requirement: Frequent travel within assigned regions for franchise development.
