About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Engage with prospective customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to pitch products/services.
• Follow up on leads, handle objections, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain and update lead and customer information in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
What We’re Looking For
• Education: Graduate in any discipline
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a sales or business development role (Freshers considerable)
• Gender Preference: Female candidates only
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Excel, and communication apps
