About the Role
We are looking for a confident, target-oriented and communication-skilled Business Development Manager to join our healthcare sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls with prospective patients.
Understand patient requirements and explain relevant healthcare/surgical services.
Counsel and guide patients professionally.
Convert leads into consultations, appointments and procedures.
Follow up with interested and pending leads.
Handle objections related to pricing, treatment, timing and decision-making.
Maintain lead details and follow-ups in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth patient handling.
Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.
Preferred Candidates
Experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Healthcare, Hospital, Insurance, Patient Counselling or Lead Conversion will be an advantage.
