Key Responsibilities:

1. Market & Lead Generation: Identify and target new business opportunities within construction, engineering, steel , Infrastructure, Sheep Building , Aerospace,defence,and related industries needing custom metal design & fabrication services.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their specific needs for equipment components and fabricated parts.

3. Technical Solution Selling: Leverage deep understanding of laser cutting, water jet, plasma, CNC bending, and machining processes to propose effective solutions, potentially involving Solid Works , CATIA CAD/design aspects.

4. Proposal & Negotiation: Develop compelling business proposals, presentations, and quotations, negotiating terms to close sales and meet financial targets of quarterly and yearly basis targets.

5. Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with production, engineering (design/CAD), and quality teams to ensure accurate project delivery and client satisfaction.

6. Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, report on progress, and forecastsales to achieve business objectives.

7. To motivate: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in fabrication and cutting.

8. Business Development Team Building : To motivate and encourage strong and smart team building in terms of consistence business growth rate . Online Off line customer interaction and techno commercial proposals & trainings to team members.

9. NEW PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENTS-NPD : To energize team strength to aquire major stakes in automotive , Sheep Building SPM machines ,construction, Civil ,Infrastructure industry to keep on launching new products demands of market. Always moves in new market technology globally and focused on NPD segment so as to keep company product lines pioneer in new arriving technology products.

10.Business Leadership: Full feel the management expectation with continuous business growth in terms of quality , quantity , profitability and customer satisfaction. Ensure features of company with safe manufacturing demand zone and new ready to sale / go to market strategy in NPD and modernization with Industry 4.0 portfolio.

KRA and Responsibilities with Desired key skills : - 

Proven experience in business development or sales within the heavy fabrication, CNC machining, Multi axis CNC machines or industrial equipment sectors.

Skill and knowledge and hand on experience in Laser cutting g, Plasma , Waterjet , bending CNC Machining – Turning , Mulling , Turn mills, Grinding , Welding , Precision parts accuracy and customer demand fulfillments 

Strong technical knowledge of laser cutting, water jet cutting, plasma cutting, CNC bending, and machining processes with various market products in different products domain like aerospace, construction, mining , sheep building , structures & railway Industry.

 Fluent in Solid edge, CATSI, CREW, Solid Edge Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (like AutoCAD) and understand technical specifications.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 Exhibiter of excellent personality management skills and developments and always learning and growing mindset

 Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) is a plus.

 Understanding and expertise in EHS policy, MS, Six Sigma-Black belt , Lean Manufacturing and 5 S policies.

 Ensure inline progress with customer demands and capabilities of manufacturing facilities and growth plans.

 Sound Knowledge in Industry 4.0 standards and expertise in mechanical and Electrical , Electronics equipment.

 Personal Interest and experience in Industrial Automation Products – PLC,CNC,Robotics, SCADA,MES, DCS, MES ,IIOT,Welding and cutting technology in metals,PLM ,ERP systems

 Interface and hands on experience in AWS,AZURE Oracle , Sales Force cloud platform

 Sound knowledge and experience in CRM , TPM,PPM and industrial calculations in terms of business probability with eagle vision for consistence and long term business management plan.

Educations & Experience Requirements 

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electro Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering or a related field is often preferred.

 MBA in Business Development / marketing with 15 years of experience in mechanical industry.

 Soft skills – Microsoft Office , Microsoft Projects , Solid Works , AutoCad , CATIA , Solid 3D, 2 Modeling , GD&T

 15– 20years of experience in business development – Marketing in machine tool , Heavy Equipment , Construction equipment, Aerospace, Heavy fabrication industry

 Must have excellent track records with reputed companies with business growth and strategically financial target achiever with 50-100 % Turnover growth rate with year and year progress.

 Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication and convincing in terms of techno commercials.

 Fluent in languages : - English, Hindi, Telagu

 Ready to travel PAN across the nation to hit the business targets and achieve the potential orders from leading and reputed OEMs all over the nation and international

 Strong target heat records to convert inquiries in orders.

 Good hold on competitors’ product lines and capabilities with strengths and specialization.

 Excellent understanding of industrial heavy equipment machine and operations and features of manufacturing trends.

 Proficient in market survey , financial budgets and profit managing factor , Proven track records in achieving financial targets and cost controls factors , CAPEX , assets and fixed cost managements.

 In depth and experienced in manufacturing management, vendors managements , cost controls , project management and fulfillments of commitment to the customer with over satisfying on time delivery of the products.

 Financial capabilities in P& L management, Taxation , PBT , PAT , PBAT commercial managements and controls. 

Committed to financial and infra growth rate 50 -100% year by year.

 NP: 1 -2 Months Salary
