We are looking for an Academic Counsellor to join our team Specular Business Services LLP.
This is a volume-driven, inside sales role focused on converting inbound and mixed leads into learner enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and engage with leads shared by management and other channels.
Understand learner requirements and explain course structure, outcomes, and benefits
Conduct course discussions / demos (if applicable)
Follow up consistently to drive timely closures
Update lead status, follow-ups, and closures in the sales tracker
Work closely with operations and learning teams to ensure smooth batch onboarding.
Job Requirements:
1–2 years experience in inside sales / education sales / tele-sales (preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups
Basic understanding of CRM or Google Sheets (training will be provided)
