Ø Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies analyzing trends and results
Ø Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
Ø Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans
Ø Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
Ø Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
Ø Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Ø Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Ø Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Ø Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills Required
· Interested candidates with more experience in Surgical Instrument/Medical/ Pharma Industry who are ready to locate anywhere in India
· Must have excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
· Basic knowledge of computer's & MS Office.
· Good Negotiation skills & Soft skills to handle all types of clients over phone
· Qualification is MBA or Graduate or Post graduate in any stream
· Fresher with good communication skills
Salary-up to 5 Lac P.A
