Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 1–2 years of experience in the interior design, architecture, construction, or related industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, managing relationships, and converting leads into successful interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, cold calling, and market research.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and real estate professionals.

• Understand client requirements, budget, project scope, and timelines.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and project discussions.

• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and company presentations.

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion of prospects into clients.

• Negotiate with clients and close deals while maintaining company pricing and profitability.

• Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and conversions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly business development and sales targets.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

• Maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in the interior design industry.

• Good understanding of residential and commercial interior projects.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Strong client relationship management skills.

• Ability to generate leads and convert them into business.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM/lead management tools.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when required.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or any relevant field is preferred.
