Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach, and supporting business growth.

Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred, with a strong interest in technology, digital products, and B2B solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, online platforms, networking, and other channels.

• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups with potential clients.

• Handle sales activities, including pitching products/services and converting leads into opportunities.

• Research target companies, industries, and decision-makers to identify potential prospects.

• Maintain and regularly update lead and prospect databases.

• Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to move qualified leads through the sales pipeline.

• Prepare and deliver product/service presentations or demonstrations when required.

• Track lead generation, outreach, conversion, and sales activities.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support business growth.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Maintain regular reports on marketing and sales performance.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.

• Hands-on selling experience with a focus on B2B clients.

• Strong experience in B2B lead generation and cold outreach.

• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to identify decision-makers and initiate business conversations.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, CRM tools, and lead-generation platforms.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working with measurable sales/lead-generation goals.

• Good analytical and research skills.

Preferred

• EdTech industry experience is preferred.

• Existing B2B prospecting or client network will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
