Business Development Manager (BDM)

Department: Service Department
Location: Jaipur
Job Purpose
To generate new business opportunities, increase service revenue, develop corporate and fleet customer relationships, and improve customer retention for the Service Department.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for the Service Department.
Develop corporate, fleet and institutional customer tie-ups.
Increase service revenue through customer acquisition and retention.
Identify potential customers for vehicle servicing and maintenance.
Conduct corporate visits, meetings and business negotiations.
Promote service packages, AMC and value-added services.
Maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
Coordinate with Service Managers and Service Advisors for business growth.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly business development reports.
Achieve assigned monthly business targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly Service Revenue.
New Corporate / Fleet Tie-ups.
New Customer Acquisition.
Customer Retention.
Lead Conversion Ratio.
Labour Revenue Growth.
Value-Added Services Revenue.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred.
3–5 years of experience in automobile sales or service business development.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Customer relationship management.
MS Excel and reporting skills.
Strong business development and target achievement abilities.
