Job Responsibilities – Business Development Executive / Manager
Identify and develop new business opportunities for recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing services across industries.
Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, references, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers in target companies.
Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable manpower solutions and service models.
Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual/physical) to present company services and close deals.
Negotiate commercial terms, finalize agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates as per client requirements.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business pipeline in CRM or reports.
Follow up regularly with clients for feedback, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies to improve business growth.
Ensure proper documentation including agreements, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
