Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Advisors to manage inbound and outbound calls along with sales, assist patients with queries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Assist patients with test bookings, reports, and general inquiries
Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and locations
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
Follow up with patients for feedback and service improvement
Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in BPO / Healthcare call centre preferred
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric approach
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
